DTLA Pink Dungeon is owned by Mistress Veronica Vixen and Lady Lila Stern. The space was created in late 2020 as a private, play space for the Women and their ProDomme friends. Expanding lightly to allow for photoshoots.
The dungeon is located in a discreet, relatively safe area in the Arts District. The area has numerous Michelin Star restaurants in walking distance for upscale dining. The views from DTLA Pink overlook gorgeous downtown LA.
The dungeon loft is just over 900sq. ft with ceilings about 15ft tall. There is the main pink area and upstairs a smaller blue loft play space. A large bathroom area is equipped with a vanity and full sissy closet!

We do have a strict rental policy to keep the space as safe as possible. We are concerned with sound and keeping the place discreet. Because of these reasons, we rent to those who are looking to do photo shoots and our ProDomme friends. We do not offer video shoots in the space unless cleared by Mistress Veronica and Lady Lila. Renter who applies must be present during booking.
The rate is $125/hr. with 1 hour being the booking minimum. We do offer day rates for 8hrs for $650. We also offer overnight rentals at $650 from 8pm check in to 11 am check out. This is not a party space and we limit rental to 3 people maximum. Please respect the dungeon. You are allowed to use all toys and supplies available. For guests of Mistress Veronica & Lady Lila please mention this in the booking form.
Please fill out our booking form. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as we can. We will ask for a deposit for new renters as well as a waiver form. The deposit is half of your appointment duration. Waiver is to confirm legal age and liability. You will have to attach your ID. If you are a ProDomme, the process is slightly different. We will respond accordingly via the booking form reply.
As the renter, you assume responsibility for any injuries sustained or damages to the space during your stay. Whether caused by your actions or the individuals under your supervison.
The dungeon is in a live/work loft. We require discretion entering/leaving the space. This means no noticeably provocative clothing in the building. Quietly entering the building and maintaining noise levels while inside. Using appropriate devices to muffle loud moans, screams, sounds.
This is not the space for large groups over 3. Our priority is keeping the space safe and discreet. It is not for parties, events or large shoots.
Cleanliness must be maintained and more information will be sent out upon confirmation about proper cleaning procedures.
If any damages occur to furniture or equipment, please let us know and we will handle it from there.
